Common questions about care and handling of our flag:

Question (?)          How do I correctly dispose of my flag when it is to old or worn
                                           to use?
Answer:                  The best answer is to contact your local VFW or American
Legion Post.  Both of these fine organizations will properly
dispose of your flag.  Do not burn it yourself.

Question (?)          What does the red, white and blue represent on the flag?
Answer:                   Red - valor, White - purity, Blue - vigilance
Note:                        Printing code for colors:   Red- #bf0a30
                                                                               White - #ffffff
                                                                               Blue -  #002868

Question(?)            Can I fly my flag after sunset?
Answer:                   No, unless it has proper lighting directly aimed at the flag.

Question(?)            If my flag touches the ground do I have to destroy it?
Answer:                   No,  that is a myth.  You can simply clean it with soap and water.
